Barb, Tracy will be an excellent mom and she has an excellent example to draw from. I love this picture, you can just feel Trac's joy.

Barb, I know you already know this but you have the most wonderful daughter. This picture just says it all. We are so happy (doesn't even do it justice) for her and Jon and we promise to help take great care of them and new little Oliver when they come back to NSL :)
I am one of Tracy's coworkers and friend and sobbed when I saw this picture! There are no words to describe the happiness and joy I feel for Tracy! Oliver is one lucky little boy to have such great parents and I can't wait to meet him!
